Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

Exceptions

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.  
  • Personalized or Customized Items: Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
